Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly ambitious and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to serve our team on a 1099, commission-only basis. In this role, you will focus on selling our advanced hardware solutions to federal government agencies, contractors, and other relevant government entities. Your success is tied directly to your sales performance, offering significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with federal government agencies and decision-makers to understand their hardware needs.
  • Identify and target new sales opportunities within the federal government sector.
  • Present, promote, and sell our technology hardware products to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all terms align with company policies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery and implementation of products.
  • Stay updated on federal procurement processes, government regulations, and relevant industry trends.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and results.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in federal sales.
  • Strong understanding of the federal procurement process and experience working with government contracts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your own time.
  • Comfort with a commission-only compensation structure with high earning potential.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand our tech hardware products.
  • An ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients in a complex and highly regulated environment.
  • Active DOD S/TS or DOE L/Q clearance preferred

Compensation:
